Pay when your order arrives
1. How it works
- Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹4,000. Orders above ₹4,000 must be paid online.
- A cash on delivery charge of ₹99 is added at checkout.
- Please keep the exact amount ready when your order arrives.
Cash on delivery is not available for:
- Orders above ₹4,000
- Personalised or custom-made jewellery
- Pincodes where our courier does not offer cash on delivery
- Mobile numbers where cash on delivery has been turned off after a refused delivery
All such orders must be paid online.
2. Order confirmation
Before we dispatch a cash on delivery order, our team confirms it with you on WhatsApp or a call. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
3. Refused at the door
If a cash on delivery parcel is refused at delivery, cash on delivery may be turned off for that mobile number on future orders.
4. Pay online and save
Pay online and get 10% extra off, with no cash on delivery charge.
5. Refunds on COD orders
If a refund is approved on a cash on delivery order, we send it to your UPI ID or bank account within 7–10 working days.
