By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the website

  • Use this website for lawful purposes only and do not try to damage, disable or misuse it.
  • You must be 18 years or older, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
  • If you create an account, keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Products and pricing

  • All products are subject to availability. Product images are for reference; slight differences in colour or finish can occur due to lighting and screens.
  • Our jewellery is fashion jewellery. Sora Fine pieces are 18K gold-tone plated. Lab-Fine Crystal pieces use lab-crafted crystals, not diamonds.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Prices and offers may change without notice. If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund the full amount.

3. Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation.
  • Payment methods, cash on delivery rules and failed-payment refunds are explained in our Payment Policy and Cash on Delivery terms.
  • We may cancel orders that show signs of fraud or misuse, and refund any amount paid.

4. Shipping, returns and warranty

These are governed by our Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchange and Lifetime Warranty pages, which form part of these Terms.

5. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos and designs, belongs to Rangrez International Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rangrez is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
