At Rangrez, we carefully pack every order before dispatch. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

2. Personalised Jewellery

Personalised jewellery may take extra time to prepare. If your order includes both personalised and non-personalised products, we may ship them separately so that ready items reach you sooner.

3. Shipping Charges

Rangrez offers free shipping on orders above ₹449 within India. International shipping and return shipping may not be eligible for free delivery.

4. Tracking Details

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

5. Partial Deliveries

If your order includes personalised, gold, or made-to-order jewellery along with regular items, your products may arrive in separate shipments.
